Key Techniques

1. Skimming (Speed Reading)

Look for specific information (dates, names, numbers). Use keywords from the question to locate the answer precisely.

Allocate strictly 20 minutes per passage. If a question is too complex, move to the next one and return to it at the end of the test.

IELTS Speaking

11 to 14 minutes • 3 interactive parts

General introductory questions about your everyday life (studies, work, hobbies, family).

Respond concisely but fully (2-3 sentences).
Speak naturally and maintain a relaxed, conversational tone.

Part 2

3-4 mins

Individual 2-minute presentation on a topic given on a card (cue card) with 1 minute of preparation time.
